In 1993, Mr Peh invested in 2000 acres of “Changzhou Singapore City” and “Fukangning High-end Apartment ” in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province . Later, the “Changzhou Singapore City” project was jointly developed and completed with the Changzhou Municipal Government.

This project in the heart of the Yangtze River Delta includes high-end residences, shops and an industrial park.
